Customer Care Representative

Anne-Marie grew up in Mississauga and attended Iona Catholic Secondary School.

She loves working within the healthcare industry. Prior to working within hearing care, Anne-Marie worked at a foot clinic. She made the switch, as she wanted to expand her skills.

As our patient care coordinator, a typical day for Anne-Marie includes answering phone calls, booking appointments and dealing with any walk-in patients. Additionally, she is responsible for maintaining inventory for the clinicians to have a successfully day.

Anne-Marie also loves helping patients with their broken hearing aids. It makes her happy to fix their problem quickly, as fixing their problem in house makes their life easier than going days without their hearing aids.

Outside of Brampton Hearing Aid Services, Anne-Marie loves spending time with family and friends. She spends most of her time with her one-year-old daughter taking her to new places. When Anne-Marie has free time, she loves to travel and try new foods.

If you could have dinner with one person, who would you choose?

Probably would have to be my grandmother. She had problems during the end with seeing and hearing. She also suffered from dementia, so I never had a chance to say goodbye.
